Detailed Refund Policy for Network Kings Thank you for choosing Network Kings for your training needs.

We strive to provide a rewarding learning experience for all our users. Below, we outline the detailed refund policy that governs your interactions with our courses: Cancellation and Refunds: Online Classroom Learning.

At Network Kings, we take pride in offering top-notch training facilitated by industry experts at a remarkably low cost.
Our commitment to providing exceptional services such as live classes, lab access, video streaming, and dedicated student support incurs significant operational expenses.
 

• Refund Eligibility:
  • 1. Refund requests will not be accepted if you have attended online classroom training for more than one day or accessed/downloaded course materials.
  • 2. No refunds are applicable for discounted Customized courses.
  • 3. All Video Courses are non-refundable, with all enrolments and payments considered final.
  • 4. No refund will be done for Self Paced Combos like Essential Access Pass, All Access pass or Live Access Pass.
  • 5. If a live batch is not conducted due to uncertain trainer availability or insufficient student numbers, resulting in a delayed batch, and you have viewed the pre-recorded content of the same course, you are eligible for a 50% refund.
    
    
    While we do not offer refunds, we are dedicated to ensuring your satisfaction.
    1.⁠ ⁠Should you have any concerns regarding your experience, we are more than willing to accommodate your needs by offering to switch your batch.
    2.⁠ ⁠Additionally, we are open to discussing options where your paid fee can be adjusted towards enrolment in other courses.
    
    
• Non-Attendance:
  • Failure to attend scheduled sessions will not result in a refund.
    
    
• • Batch Deferral/Rescheduling Policy:
    
• • Learners can defer a batch or restart classes in a new batch once without any additional cost, subject to certain conditions.
  • Batch deferral requests must be made within 3-6 months of the initial batch start date and should not exceed 20% completion of the program.
  • A second batch deferral will incur a fee equal to 10% of the total course fees paid, plus applicable taxes.

Sharing:
No refund will be provided and access will be revoked , If anytime found course is been shared with others / multiple users or intention of course purchase is to copy the material/ Content and account will be blocked at the same time.

We aim to process any applicable refunds within 30 working days upon review and approval of the request.
